English 4 All, Inc., was formed in 2003 to develop and market a patented teaching methodology called The American Cultural Express. This copyrighted process integrates content mastery and life skills training.

The fundamental tenet of this method is to motivate learners and challenge them to excel. This technique has been successfully employed in college classrooms in both the greater New York City and the greater Philadelphia metropolitan areas for over 20 years. Formal English skills (e.g., speaking, reading, writing), citizenship skills, many fundamentals of American culture, and the techniques and understanding necessary to continue to study and learn are all integrated via the American English Express approach.
